1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ACTION REMODELING LLC handles information in the Action Remodeling Android application (the “App”). The App is intended for home-remodeling planning in the United States.

2. Information Stored by the App

The App may store the following information when you choose to enter or create it:

• Name, email address, and phone number used to prefill local forms
• A manually selected US service city
• Room type, approximate size, finish level, scope selections, and calculated planning ranges
• Saved design-direction identifiers
• Consultation-request details, including a preferred date and project notes
• Local project status and planning milestones
• Local in-app notices and their read or unread state
• Reduced-motion, high-contrast, and local-reminder settings

This information is stored in Android app preferences on your device. Saving a consultation request creates a local record; it does not automatically transmit that record to ACTION REMODELING LLC.

3. Information the App Does Not Collect

The App does not request or collect:

• Precise or background location
• Camera images or video
• Gallery or photo-library content
• Files or external storage content
• Microphone audio
• Contacts
• Phone logs or direct calling access
• SMS messages
• Calendar data
• Bluetooth or nearby-device data
• Biometric data
• Advertising identifiers
• Credit-card, debit-card, bank, wallet, or cryptocurrency information

The App does not include account registration, advertising, analytics, behavioral profiling, social login, or cloud-database functionality.

4. Permissions

The App requests no dangerous or runtime Android permissions. Its manifest does not request location, camera, photos, storage, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS, calendar, Bluetooth, nearby-device, biometric, or notification permission.

5. Internet Access

The App does not request the Android Internet permission. The estimator, inspiration catalogue, saved items, project records, settings, legal pages, and bundled images operate offline.

The App can open a prepared email or sharing action in another installed application. You choose whether to continue and send information. Once you use another application, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. User-Submitted Information

Profile and project-request fields are optional local workspace features. The App validates common fields such as email address, US phone-number length, required text, and project-note length. It does not upload the saved form.

If you email ACTION REMODELING LLC, the contents of that email are processed by your email provider and the company’s email provider. Do not include payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Image and Content Sources

The App includes original, bundled renovation visuals for kitchen, bathroom, living-space, and exterior inspiration. These assets are stored inside the App, are not downloaded at runtime, do not depict identified clients, and are not presented as completed ACTION REMODELING LLC customer projects.

8. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, maps, social-media, cloud-database, online-payment, or push-notification SDKs.

Android may include app preferences in an optional device backup if backup is enabled in your device or account settings. Backup handling is controlled by Android and your device-account provider.

9. Data Sharing and Sale

The App does not automatically sell, rent, transmit, or share locally stored workspace information. Information leaves the App only when you deliberately choose an Android sharing or email action and confirm the action in another application, or when Android performs an optional device backup under your settings.

10. Data Retention

Local information remains on the device until you edit it, clear it through the App’s Local Data Controls, clear the App’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Optional backup copies follow your Android backup settings and provider retention rules.

11. Data Deletion

Use More > Local Data Controls > Clear All Local Workspace Data to remove the local profile, selected city, saved ideas, project records, notices, and settings. You may also clear App storage or uninstall the App through Android settings.

Clearing local App data cannot delete an email or message that you separately sent through another application. Contact the relevant provider or recipient for deletion of externally sent information.

12. Security

The App uses standard Android application storage. No storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with a screen lock, keep Android updated, and avoid entering sensitive financial or identity information in project notes.

13. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults planning residential remodeling and is not directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

14. User Choices

You can:

• Use the estimator and catalogue without creating an account
• Avoid completing optional profile fields
• Choose a service city manually instead of using location
• Enable reduced-motion or high-contrast surfaces
• Disable new in-app reminders
• Remove saved inspirations
• Cancel a local request record
• Clear all local workspace information
• Decide whether to send information through another installed app

15. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the App’s features or legal requirements change. A revised policy will include a new effective date and will be made available in the App or its store listing.
